Ellen M. Choe Recognized for Excellence in Nursing
Ellen M. Choe is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses
La Crescenta, CA, September 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ellen M. Choe, Registered Nurse II at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in pediatric nursing.
Ms. Choe's expertise is in education and family-centered care. At Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, she is involved with the intensive care unit. She is responsible for administering care to trauma, postoperative and oncologic patients. Ms. Choe also serves on her hospital's education committee. She attributes her success to her hard work, education and passion for her profession.
Pursuing a master's degree in nursing, Ms. Choe received a Bachelor of Science in biology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau International. In the past, she has organized two charity events for Donate Life America. Ms. Choe continues to volunteer her services to fundraising walks for breast cancer and AIDS. In the future, she hopes to obtain a certification in pediatric critical-care nursing.
