A National Strategic Accounts manager for New Balance Athletic Shoe for the past l2 years, Ms. Ford specializes in business development, sales and program management for national sporting goods, athletic specialty and department stores within the United States. She has worked with and managed apparel sales for The Sports Authority , Academy, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Dunhams Sporting Goods, TJX, Steinmart, Nordstrom, Dicks Sporting Goods as well as Macy's, Road Runner, and Sierra Trading.

She developed the Susan G. Komen apparel line for New Balance Athletic. New Balance has been a proud sponsor of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure for the past 21 years and carries a full line of apparel/footwear/accessories carrying the Komen official pink ribbon. Ms. Ford works directly with the Komen for the Cure as well as all national accounts who carry this Lace Up for the Cure Apparel line to develop programs, promotions and increase donations to this worthy cause.

Ms. Ford received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Northeastern University. After gaining experience in sales, marketing and management at PUMA AG for l0 years, Reebok International Limited for 4 years, she acquired her current position at New Balance Athletic. She attributes her success to her tenacity, goal oriented nature, love of people, and most importantly, attention to detail. In the future, she intends to become more involved in training of sales representatives nationwide.
