Crandon has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his exceptional effort in the Healthcare Industry. As Owner of AJ Crandon Medical Pty. Ltd., Dr. Crandon has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Dr. Crandon provides an extensive range of services in cancer screening, colposcopy, pre-cancer management, gynecological cancer management, advanced pelvic surgery, adolescent and pediatric gynecology, laparoscopic surgery and hereditary cancer screening. He also provides clinical services at numerous hospitals in the private and public sectors.

During his educational career, Dr. Crandon earned Bachelor's degrees in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Sydney as well as specialist training and a Ph.D. from the University of Leeds. He was the Inaugural Professor of Gynecological Cancer at the University of Queensland and the Director of gynecological cancer services for the State of Queensland.

Dr. Crandon also established the Queensland Centre for Gynaecological Cancer, which is now the largest gynecological cancer service in Australia and one of the ten largest in the World. In addition, he set up the Gynaecological Cancer Society with the assistance of Mr. John Gower. Dr. Crandon is a member of the International Gynecological Cancer Society, Australia Society of Gynecological Oncologists and the Australian Medical Association.
